For a very well known nutraceutical company located in Zamalek, a
Digital Marketing Manager
is urgently needed:
Role Purpose:
Lead the development and execution of the company's marketing strategy across both digital and
traditional channels. This role blends strategic brand management with hands-on digital performance, driving awareness, engagement, and conversion across platforms.
The Marketing Manager will play a key role in establishing the brand as a premium health brand in Egypt and regional markets.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement integrated marketing plans for all product categories (Men’s, Women’s, Kids, Sports, Sleep, Gut, Cognitive).

Plan and execute digital campaigns across social media, influencer marketing, paid media, and content marketing.

Manage partnerships, activations, and offline events to strengthen brand presence and consumer engagement.

Oversee creative direction and content production with internal and external teams.

Manage marketing budget, ensuring strong ROI across digital and traditional channels.

Track and optimize KPIs — including ROAS, CAC, engagement rate, brand awareness, and conversion metrics.

Collaborate closely with the E-Commerce & Sales Manager to align marketing and sales objectives.

Lead and mentor the internal marketing team and manage relationships with agencies and creative partners.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

7–10 years of experience in FMCG, nutraceuticals, or e-commerce marketing.

Strong knowledge of both traditional brand management and digital performance marketing.

Proven experience managing agencies, media budgets, and digital platforms.

Creative thinker with strong analytical and leadership skills.

Excellent communication in English and Arabic.
