Key Accountabilities
Digital Strategy & Execution:

Define and implement the digital roadmap for websites, mobile apps, push notifications, and paid media campaigns.

Align digital initiatives with overall marketing and business objectives.
Platform Management:

Oversee UX/UI optimization, technical performance, and continuous improvements for web and app platforms.

Ensure seamless integration with analytics, CRM, and marketing automation systems (in collaboration with respective managers).
Performance & Analytics:

Monitor KPIs such as website traffic, app downloads, engagement metrics (MAU/DAU), push notification CTR, and paid media ROI.

Use analytics tools to identify trends and propose enhancements to improve fan experience and conversion rates.
Vendor & Project Oversight:

Manage relationships with external development agencies and technology partners to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Coordinate cross-functional teams for successful execution of digital initiatives.
Innovation & Benchmarking:

Stay ahead of global sports digital trends and recommend new technologies or features to enhance fan engagement.
