Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about storytelling, content creation, and social media management — with an interest in sustainability, culture, and FMCG brands.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with management to strengthen the brand’s digital presence and connect with audiences who value authenticity and purpose-driven brands.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to build brand visibility and audience engagement.
Create compelling content for social media, blogs, and the company website — including posts, captions, and promotional material.
Manage and grow the company’s social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Track performance metrics and analyze engagement data to optimize future campaigns.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Assist in conceptualizing and executing marketing collaborations and partnerships.
Support product shoots, video creation, and editing for promotional use.
Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and social media best practices.
Participate in marketing events, launches, and other brand activities as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
0–1 year of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.
Strong creative writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
Good understanding of social media platforms, engagement tools, and analytics.
Basic knowledge of content editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar software.
Passion for sustainability, culture, and purpose-driven marketing.
Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
