We are seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts and drive measurable business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms while managing a team and ensuring strong brand presence in the digital space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across platforms including Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Lead and manage the digital marketing team, including content creators, designers, and ad specialists.
  • Oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and others) to maximize ROI.
  • Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic visibility and website performance.
  • Analyze digital analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.) to measure campaign effectiveness and prepare performance reports.
  • Lead content strategy for blogs, social media, email marketing, and website updates.
  • Coordinate with sales, product, and design teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the company’s online reputation, brand messaging, and customer engagement.
  • Monitor digital trends, competitor activities, and emerging tools to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Plan and manage the digital marketing budget effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar senior role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, analytics, and tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM tools, and social media management platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, or website CMS platforms.
  • Familiarity with basic design or video editing tools for content collaboration.
  • Experience in B2B or e-commerce marketing (if applicable).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs150,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Malir Cantt: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
