POSITION PROFILE
McLemore Resort and its affiliated entities are hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute online marketing campaigns, social media campaigns, SEO, email, and programmatic campaigns, to promote the various products and offerings of the resort. Key responsibilities include analyzing data, optimizing campaigns for ROI, and reporting on performance to stakeholders with the primary goals of increased brand awareness and increased sales. Essential skills for this role include strategic thinking, data analysis, knowledge of SEO/SEM, working knowledge of AI, proficiency in marketing tools (CRM and POS systems), and strong communication abilities.
The candidate must be an organized, deadline-oriented team member accustomed to working in fast-paced environments. This digital marketing manager will maintain the core marketing strategies for the entirety of the resort, so a disciplined, analytical digital marketing manager is preferred.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILTIES
- Campaign Development & Execution: Create, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various online channels, including Hilton paid media channels, Meta, Google, and other.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance, monitor key metrics like site traffic, click rate, CPM and report on results to company leaders.
- Campaign Optimization: Optimize marketing campaigns using data insights to improve performance, audience targeting, scaling of efforts, and maximize return on investment (ROI).
Brand Alignment: Maintain proficient understanding of corporate brand standards across entities and manage campaigns accordingly. (Working knowledge of Hilton media platforms is a plus).
- Market Research: Conduct research on competitors and emerging advertising trends such as AI to inform and improve marketing strategies.
- Web Management: Management of necessary pixels & tags for campaigns across entity sites, in addition to managing campaign lead flow from ads through web channels into CRM
Essential Skills
- Strategic Thinking: The ability to develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies with business goals and ROI in mind
- Data Analysis: Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics to monitor, interpret, and apply data to campaign strategies.
- SEO/SEM/LLM/GEO: A strong understanding of Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing to increase online visibility. Understanding Language Learning Models and key terms in AI platforms is also crucial.
- Social Media Marketing: Expertise in managing and engaging with audiences across various social media platforms.
- Email Marketing: Experience in planning and executing email marketing campaigns to reach and engage customers.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of marketing experience in a digital media management role or similar position
Skills and Abilities: Ability to perform critical analysis and manage wide-range of information. Excellent oral, written and presentation skills sufficient to produce hotel communications that properly reflect the Foundation Image. Listen effectively. Ability to delegate, organize complex projects and establish priorities consistent with department/hotel objectives. Proficiency with digital marketing tools and reporting platforms, such as Google Analytics. A strong understanding of consumer behavior and emerging digital marketing trends.
