Job description:
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead, coordinate, and deliver high-performing digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, and Social Media channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing client relationships, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring timely, high-quality execution of marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities :
Project & Client Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
Lead client meetings and performance review calls, presenting campaign insights and recommendations.
Create, manage, and track project plans, timelines, and deliverables for SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns.
Translate client goals into actionable tasks for internal teams (SEO, Paid Media, Creative, and Social).
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards.
Team Coordination
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals, deliverables, and deadlines.
Assign and oversee daily tasks, ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
Identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues.
Conduct regular project check-ins to monitor progress and performance.
Strategic & Analytical Involvement
Contribute to campaign strategy development and optimization recommendations.
Review reports and analytics to ensure KPIs are met and insights are actionable.
Work closely with senior management to refine project management processes and client delivery standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
4+ years of experience managing digital marketing projects (SEO, PPC, Social Media) in an agency or similar environment.
Proven experience in handling multiple clients and managing end-to-end project delivery.
Excellent understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO best practices.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Basecamp, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or Monday.com).
Ability to work collaboratively with creative, technical, and strategy teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field would be an added advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
