Role Overview:

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for improving organic website traffic through SEO and managing paid campaigns on Meta platforms to generate leads, conversions, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:SEO (Primary):

  • Perform keyword research, on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs
  • Monitor website performance using Google Analytics & Search Console
  • Build and manage backlinks and SEO reports
  • Conduct SEO audits and implement improvements
  • Track rankings, traffic, and conversion metrics

Meta Ads (Primary):

  • Plan, create, and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
  • Optimize campaigns for leads, traffic, and conversions
  • Target the right audience using custom and lookalike audiences
  • Monitor ad performance, CTR, CPL, and ROAS
  • Perform A/B testing on creatives, copies, and audiences
  • Manage budgets and daily spend efficiently

Additional Digital Marketing Support:

  • Coordinate with content and design teams
  • Support basic Google Ads and email marketing (added advantage)

Required Skills & Tools:

  • Strong hands-on SEO knowledge (On-page, Off-page, Technical)
  • Practical experience with Meta Ads Manager
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools
  • Basic understanding of conversion tracking and pixels
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduation in any discipline
  • Digital Marketing certification is a plus
  • Experience in lead generation or e-commerce preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
