Role Overview:
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for improving organic website traffic through SEO and managing paid campaigns on Meta platforms to generate leads, conversions, and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:SEO (Primary):
- Perform keyword research, on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics & Search Console
- Build and manage backlinks and SEO reports
- Conduct SEO audits and implement improvements
- Track rankings, traffic, and conversion metrics
Meta Ads (Primary):
- Plan, create, and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
- Optimize campaigns for leads, traffic, and conversions
- Target the right audience using custom and lookalike audiences
- Monitor ad performance, CTR, CPL, and ROAS
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, copies, and audiences
- Manage budgets and daily spend efficiently
Additional Digital Marketing Support:
- Coordinate with content and design teams
- Support basic Google Ads and email marketing (added advantage)
Required Skills & Tools:
- Strong hands-on SEO knowledge (On-page, Off-page, Technical)
- Practical experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools
- Basic understanding of conversion tracking and pixels
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduation in any discipline
- Digital Marketing certification is a plus
- Experience in lead generation or e-commerce preferred
