About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to manage and scale our paid and organic marketing channels. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing (SMM), and SEO, with a strong focus on driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) platforms.

· Manage daily campaign budgets, performance tracking, and reporting to ensure strong ROI.

· Develop and implement SMM strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.

· Conduct keyword research, on-page & off-page SEO activities, and content optimization to boost organic visibility.

· Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and social content.

· Stay updated with the latest trends and platform algorithm changes to keep campaigns competitive.

· Monitor analytics, identify performance insights, and suggest improvements.

Requirements

· 3+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SMM, and SEO.

· Strong understanding of campaign setup, optimization, and reporting tools (Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).

· Creative mindset with analytical thinking — capable of interpreting data and turning insights into action.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Self-driven, reliable, and proactive with a growth mindset.
