Job Description: Senior HR ExecutiveCurrent Opening:This role is currently open with one of Recruiting Genie&rsquo;s partner organizations, a fast-growing business funding and financial advisory firm based in Noida.Talent Pool Note:High-performing applicants may also be considered for future HR roles within Recruiting Genie LLP, aligned with our internal growth roadmap.Role SummaryWe&rsquo;re looking for an HR professional who can drive core HR operations with accuracy, ownership, and a strong compliance mindset. This role anchors recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and documentation governance&mdash;ensuring people processes run smoothly and reliably for a growth-focused organization.Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment &amp; Onboarding&middot; Source talent through portals, social media, and referral networks.&middot; Conduct initial screening and manage interview coordination with hiring teams.&middot; Issue offer letters and oversee end-to-end onboarding formalities.&middot; Maintain recruitment MIS and track hiring status, TATs, and funnel metrics.2. Payroll Management&middot; Collect and verify monthly attendance and leave inputs for payroll.&middot; Coordinate with finance/payroll partners for timely salary disbursement.&middot; Manage salary revisions, incentives, bonuses, and reimbursement workflows.&middot; Resolve employee queries related to salary, deductions, and payslips.3. Statutory Compliance (PF &amp; ESI)&middot; Ensure timely employee registration and compliance under PF &amp; ESI frameworks.&middot; File monthly returns, maintain statutory records, and ensure documentation readiness.&middot; Liaise with EPFO/ESIC authorities for inspections, audits, or discrepancy resolutions.&middot; Support employees with PF withdrawals, transfer claims, and ESI-related concerns.4. Job Description: Accounts ExecutiveExperience: 2+ Years Salary range: 20k &ndash; 25k a month Work Location: Sector 62, Noida (Remote for initial 1-2 months) Working days &amp; timings: Monday &ndash; Saturday, 10am &ndash; 6:30pmAbout the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage day-to-day accounting functions along with generating regular MIS (Management Information System) reports.
