About the Internship

We are looking for high-energy, learning-oriented Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Interns who want to build a long-term career in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.

This is a hands-on, outcome-driven internship with a clear Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) pathway for top performers.

Key Responsibilities

· Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and social platforms

· Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements

· Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers

· Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and MIS reports

· Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and joining

· Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing activities

· Support senior recruiters in live hiring projects

Who Should Apply

· Final-year students / fresh graduates (any stream)

· Strong communication & interpersonal skills

· Interest in recruitment, HR, consulting, or people operations
