Working Model: Work from Office | Monday – Saturday, 10am – 7pm

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 fixed + up to ₹10,000 monthly performance incentive
(Total earning potential: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to support our end-to-end hiring operations. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are keen to build a strong foundation in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition.

You will work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to support sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate engagement across multiple roles and industries.

Key Responsibilities

· Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and internal databases.

· Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate shortlisting based on role requirements.

· Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

· Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate records, and MIS reports.

· Follow up with candidates for interview feedback, documentation, and joining formalities.

· Support job postings, employer branding, and recruitment marketing initiatives.

· Ensure smooth communication and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.

Eligibility & Requirements

· Fresh graduates (any stream) or professionals with 0–1 year of recruitment experience.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Willingness to learn recruitment tools, hiring processes, and sourcing techniques.

· Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, or social media hiring is a plus (training will be provided).

· Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
