Requirements

• Understanding of the recruitment processes and a strong desire to learn more about talent acquisition.
• Previous work experience in recruiting or human resources is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to foster relationships with candidates and collaborate with hiring managers.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and job boards for candidate sourcing.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to embrace new challenges.
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
