The Job Summary

Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and execution of marketing campaigns and communication efforts; utilizing data analytics to refine marketing strategies and improve decision-making processes; supervising a team of data analysts dedicated to enhancing Stellantis’s market presence, ensuring all marketing activities align with the brand’s objectives and local market dynamics.

1-Marketing Data Analytics

  • Establish robust frameworks for analyzing marketing data, identifying key metrics that impact campaign effectiveness and overall market penetration.
  • Deploy sophisticated analytical tools and software, including CRM systems and business intelligence platforms, to extract actionable insights.
  • Regularly analyze market trends to anticipate changes in consumer behavior and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Refine key performance indicators for marketing campaigns to better measure success rates and ROI.
  • Implement detailed segmentation strategies to tailor marketing efforts to specific customer demographics, increasing engagement and conversion rates.
  • Use predictive models to forecast future market trends and customer responses, enabling proactive strategy adjustments.
  • Produce comprehensive reports that provide deep insights into marketing performance, supporting strategic decisions.
  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of marketing data through rigorous data management practices and regular audits.

2-Strategic Marketing Planning

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns that align with Stellantis’s strategic goals and market dynamics in Saudi Arabia.
  • Supervise the marketing budget efficiently, allocating resources to maximize impact and achieve the best returns.
  • Develop and implement cross-channel marketing strategies, ensuring consistent messaging across digital, print, and other media.
  • Conduct in-depth competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market by understanding competitor strategies and market moves.
  • Continuously seek and apply innovative marketing tactics and tools to enhance the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

3-Communication Strategy Execution

  • Ensure all communication is aligned with Stellantis’s brand message and values, reinforcing brand identity in the market.
  • Supervise communication with key stakeholders, including media, partners, and internal teams, to maintain consistent messaging.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies for crisis management, maintaining brand integrity in challenging situations.
  • Supervise public relations efforts to ensure positive media coverage and public perception.
  • Guide the creation and distribution of content across various platforms, ensuring it meets quality standards and audience engagement goals.

4-Digital Marketing Optimization

  • Develop and refine search engine optimization and marketing strategies to increase online visibility and traffic.
  • Supervise the management of social media platforms, crafting strategies that enhance engagement and brand presence.
  • Monitor website performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance user experience and conversion rates.


The Job Profile

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business Analytics

Professional Certifications

Certified Marketing Analyst (CMA) - (Preferred)

Experience

Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing planning and data analysis, communications planning, or digital marketing

Fluency in English & Arabic languages
