About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic, confident, and result-oriented Female Digital Marketing Manager with 4–5 years of strong experience in digital planning, strategic marketing, and client pitching. The ideal candidate will lead digital strategy for brand growth, drive high-impact presentations, and represent the company during client pitches.

This role requires excellent communication, a strong understanding of performance and brand marketing, and the ability to collaborate effectively with creative and product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Digital Planning & Execution:

  • Develop and execute 360° digital marketing strategies for various brands.
  • Create data-driven marketing plans focused on measurable results and ROI.
  • Analyze competition, market trends, and audience behavior to guide strategies.

2. Pitch Development & Client Representation:

  • Lead pitch presentations for new business acquisition (MOST IMPORTANT).
  • Build compelling proposals, digital roadmaps, and growth strategies.
  • Confidently represent the company and present strategies to senior stakeholders.

3. Campaign Management:

  • Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across:
  • Google Ads
  • Meta Business Suite
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, GA4)
  • CRM & Automation platforms
  • Monitor KPIs, generate detailed performance reports, and communicate results.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the creative team to align strategies with brand storytelling.
  • Coordinate with product and business teams to ensure campaign alignment.
  • Guide internal teams to meet campaign objectives and timelines.

5. Leadership & Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and support junior digital marketing executives.
  • Ensure high-quality output in performance, content, and analytics tasks.

Requirements:

  • Female candidate only (as per role requirement).
  • 4–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
  • Proven track record in winning pitches and developing digital strategies.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Analytics, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs.
  • Excellent communication, data presentation, and pitch delivery skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in reporting and data visualization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
