About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, creative, and analytical Digital Marketing Head to lead our performance marketing, SEO, social media, and e-commerce growth initiatives. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and e-commerce performance optimization, along with a strong ability to innovate and drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute ROI-driven digital marketing strategies across Meta, Google, and other paid channels.
  • Manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.
  • Lead SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, technical) to improve visibility and organic traffic.
  • Drive e-commerce growth through marketplace ads, product listings, analytics, CRO, and demand generation.
  • Monitor KPIs, campaign performance, and budgets to achieve growth targets.
  • Stay updated with latest digital trends, tools, and algorithm updates.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, sales, and product teams for consistent brand messaging.
  • Lead and mentor the digital marketing team to achieve strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Search Console, Screaming Frog).
  • Proven experience managing e-commerce marketing (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, creative thinking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
