Job Overview:

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing team and scale performance across all platforms. The candidate must have proven leadership in SEO, SEM, paid ads, and content strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital marketing strategy & planning
• Lead team: SEO, SEM, social media, email, content
• Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube campaigns
• Landing pages, lead forms, conversion optimization
• SEO, content marketing, backlinks
• Website analytics: GA4, Hotjar, Search Console
• Brand management & online visibility
• Weekly/monthly performance reporting
• Collaboration with sales, product, and design teams
• videography and editing , photography and editing

Key Skills:

• Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
• CRM tools: HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce
• Email marketing: Mailchimp, MO Engage
• Team leadership & project management
• Strong communication & decision-making

Preferred:

• Startup or growth-stage company experience
• B2B SaaS or E-commerce background
• Canva, Adobe, Figma familiarity

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
