Position: Marketing Manager
Location: College Road, Township, Lahore
Job Type: Full-time
Work Hours: Night shift (9 AM – 6 PM MST, US Time Zone)

About the Role:
WADIC is seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead all marketing initiatives, strengthen the company’s brand, attract high-quality clients, and drive business growth. This role requires expertise in digital marketing, content creation, lead generation, brand development, and marketing leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to position WADIC as a leading web development company.
  • Oversee all marketing activities, including digital campaigns, branding, content strategy, and customer engagement.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine strategies.
  • Define KPIs and performance metrics to track and optimize marketing effectiveness.

Digital Marketing & SEO

  • Lead SEO and SEM campaigns to increase search visibility and digital presence.
  • Manage paid advertising on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting platforms.
  • Optimize website content, structure, and UX for higher search rankings and conversions.
  • Utilize analytics, heatmaps, and CRO tools to enhance website performance.

Content & Social Media Marketing

  • Oversee creation of high-quality content: blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and social media posts.
  • Plan and manage content calendars across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Stay updated with social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Email Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Design and execute email campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive retention.
  • Build automated email workflows using HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or Klaviyo.
  • Optimize lead funnels and conduct A/B testing to improve conversions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to deliver qualified B2B leads.

Brand Management & PR

  • Maintain and enhance WADIC’s brand identity across digital and offline channels.
  • Manage PR, press releases, and media relations.
  • Identify partnership and sponsorship opportunities to boost brand visibility.
  • Organize webinars, virtual events, and conferences to establish thought leadership.

Marketing Automation & CRM

  • Implement and optimize marketing automation tools for efficiency.
  • Utilize CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho to manage and nurture leads.
  • Deploy AI-powered marketing tools and chatbots to enhance customer interaction.

Required Skills & Tools:

  • SEO & Digital Marketing: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, Hotjar, Crazy Egg.
  • Social Media & Content Marketing: Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, ChatGPT, Grammarly, SurferSEO.
  • Email & CRM Marketing: Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zapier, ConvertKit, Unbounce.
  • Additional Tools: WordPress, Webflow, Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Google Tag Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (required).
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in tech or web development.
  • Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills to track KPIs and optimize performance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
  • Knowledge of web development and tech industry trends is a plus.
