Job Description Summary

Lead and optimize the organization’s digital marketing initiatives, including paid media, content management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation, to drive performance, track return on investment (ROI), and strengthen the overall digital brand presence across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement the digital marketing strategy for D1 Management and its subsidiaries.

· Manage all digital marketing channels, including social media platforms, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and website content.

· Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and other relevant channels.

· Oversee content creation, scheduling, and publishing to ensure brand consistency, engagement, and alignment with marketing objectives.

· Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed performance, analytics, and ROI reports for management review.

· Monitor the organization’s online reputation and manage overall digital brand presence.

· Manage marketing automation tools and CRM-related digital marketing activities.

· Analyze market trends, audience behaviour, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and recommend improvements.

· Coordinate with and oversee external agencies, vendors, and freelancers to ensure timely delivery and quality execution of digital initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Industry-recognized certifications are highly valued, including:

o Google Ads

o Google Analytics

o Meta Blueprint or similar social advertising platform certifications

· Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and advertising dashboards.

· Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

· Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.

· Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with demonstrated responsibility for campaign management, performance reporting, and multi-channel digital marketing execution.
