Key Responsibilities:Digital Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan digital campaigns focused on brand visibility, lead generation, and ROI improvement.
Ad Management (Meta Ads & Google Ads)
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Manage Google Ads including Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Create and test ad copies, creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
- Monitor daily ad performance, CPL, conversion rates, and ROAS.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently and ensure maximum ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing and continuous optimization of campaigns.
- Track and analyze leads quality in coordination with the sales/counselling team.
Social Media & Content Management
- Oversee social media platforms and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Plan content calendars and supervise content creation (posts, reels, videos, creatives).
- Improve engagement, reach, and organic growth across platforms.
