We are seeking a highly creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This role requires a strategic marketer with strong hands-on expertise across digital channels, including paid advertising, SEO, social media, content creation, and performance analytics. You will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives while collaborating with creative resources, UGC creators, and internal stakeholders to strengthen brand presence and drive measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant channels to maximize ROI.
- Lead and manage SEO strategy, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, to improve organic visibility and search performance.
- Oversee the creation of visually compelling digital assets for social media, advertisements, and marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using KPIs, focusing on engagement, conversions, traffic growth, and ROI.
- Develop and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms, including content calendars, campaign execution, and audience growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with UGC creators to develop authentic, engaging, and performance-driven content aligned with brand messaging.
- Oversee motion graphics development for videos, presentations, and digital campaigns.
- Guide product packaging design to ensure visual appeal, brand alignment, and market relevance.
- Stay current with emerging digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices, continuously optimizing strategies.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and actionable insights for management and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a senior digital marketing role.
- Strong expertise in paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and SEO best practices.
- Solid understanding of digital analytics tools and performance tracking (e.g., Google Analytics, Ads Manager).
- Demonstrated experience in social media marketing, content strategy, and brand growth.
- Experience working with UGC creators and influencer-driven campaigns is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of product packaging design and motion graphics is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, creative assets, and performance-driven outcomes.
- Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
