Key Responsibilities:
● Develop, plan, and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with company’s growth objectives.
● Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, DV360, and other digital platforms.
● Drive qualified lead generation with measurable, results-oriented KPIs.
● Skilled in advanced targeting strategies, pixel implementation, and audience segmentation.
● Strong knowledge of tracking setup, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and GA4 for accurate performance measurement.
● Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, delivering actionable insights to maximize ROI.
● Manage digital marketing budgets to ensure efficient spend and strong returns.
● Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to maintain brand consistency and messaging impact.
● Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
● 4+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with at least 2+ years focused on real estate lead generation.
● Strong expertise in Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing.
● Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
● Solid understanding of tracking setups, conversion optimization, and performance measurement.
● Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
● Ability to thrive both independently and in cross-functional teams within a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
