Digital Marketing Manager

Atton Accounting and Consulting, Dubai, UAE is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to manage and optimize our marketing campaigns and oversee all activities related to company promotion, lead generation, and digital growth. This role requires close coordination with external partners and subcontractors and ownership of end-to-end digital marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all digital marketing activities across the company.
• Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns focused on:
• Website lead generation
• Email marketing
• Social media marketing
• Paid advertising (PPC, display, remarketing, metasearch where applicable)
• SEO-driven growth initiatives
• Coordinate and manage collaboration with external partners and subcontractors.
• Develop clear campaign briefs, timelines, and KPIs for internal and external teams.
• Collaborate with web developers to ensure timely website updates, landing pages, and conversion optimization.
• Monitor website and campaign performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements.
• Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all digital channels.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, KPIs, leads, and conversions.
• Research market trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve marketing performance.

Requirements

• Fluent Russian and English (written and verbal) — mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and lead generation.
• Experience working with external agencies, freelancers, and subcontractors.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
