Digital Marketing Manager

Role Summary

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to work on-site at our mental health hospital.

This role focuses on patient inquiries, admissions, local visibility, and brand trust.

This is healthcare marketing, not influencer or agency-style marketing.

You will work closely with doctors, therapists, admissions, and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

Drive qualified patient inquiries and OPD/IPD admissions through digital channels

Manage Google Search, Meta, YouTube and local campaigns (ethical healthcare focus)

Lead SEO and GEO-based visibility for mental health services

Manage Google Business Profile, Maps presence, reviews and reputation

Create clear, educational content with doctors (no sensationalism)

Improve lead quality, conversion rates and follow-up journeys

Track performance: inquiries → consultations → admissions

Use AI and automation tools to improve efficiency (not shortcuts)

Ensure all communication follows medical ethics and advertising norms

Must Have

Experience in healthcare or mental health digital marketing

Strong understanding of SEO, local search, GEO targeting

Hands-on Google Ads experience (health keywords)

Clear understanding of lead quality vs lead volume

Comfortable working daily with clinical teams on-site

Preferred

Hospital or clinic marketing experience

CRM / lead management system exposure

Experience handling sensitive healthcare communication

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
