We are an IT services company Digital Marketing Manager digital marketing function. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing (SMM) along with proven experience in client handling, strategy creation, and team management.

This role requires someone who can think creatively, build result-oriented strategies, manage multiple clients, lead a team, and drive measurable business growth through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop, plan, and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee SEO (on-page, off-page, technical SEO), PPC (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads), and Social Media Marketing.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for lead generation, conversions, and ROI.
  • Identify new digital marketing trends, tools, and growth opportunities proactively.

Client Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients.
  • Understand client business objectives and translate them into effective digital strategies.
  • Present marketing plans, reports, insights, and performance reviews to clients.
  • Build long-term client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.

Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SEO specialists, PPC executives, content creators, and social media managers.
  • Assign tasks, set KPIs, review performance, and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Provide creative direction and innovative ideas to the team.
  • Conduct training sessions and upskill team members as needed.

Planning, Reporting & Optimization

  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics across all channels.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal spend allocation.
  • Coordinate with sales, design, and development teams for integrated campaigns.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–8+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEO, PPC, and SMM.
  • Proven experience in client handling and stakeholder management.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and other marketing tools.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion optimization, and funnel strategy.
  • Experience managing and leading a digital marketing team.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with a proactive and problem-solving approach.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with IT services, B2B marketing, or SaaS companies.
  • Knowledge of email marketing, marketing automation, and CRM tools.
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX, CRO, and website performance optimization.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Analytics, or other relevant platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
