## Digital Marketing Manager – E-commerce (US Market | Amazon + DTC)

**Job Type:** Full-time / Contract

**Location:** Remote (India preferred)

### About the Role

We are building a US-focused e-commerce business importing consumer products from **China and India** and selling in the **United States** through **Amazon FBA** and **direct-to-consumer (DTC)** channels.

We are hiring a **hands-on Digital Marketing Manager** who can own performance across **Amazon Ads and external paid traffic**. This is an execution role with clear revenue accountability.

### Key Responsibilities

* Plan, execute, and optimize **Amazon Ads** (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)

* Manage **Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads** and **Google Ads** for US audiences

* Drive and track **external traffic to Amazon listings** using attribution links

* Support new product launches and ranking strategies on Amazon

* Conduct keyword research and market analysis using **Helium10 / JungleScout**

* Coordinate with operations and supply chain teams on promotions and inventory timing

* Test ad creatives, offers, and messaging focused on conversions

* Track and report performance metrics: **ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CPA, CAC, conversion rate**

### Required Skills & Experience

* 3+ years of experience in **e-commerce performance marketing**

* Hands-on experience with **Amazon Ads** (FBA brands preferred)

* Strong experience with **Meta Ads and Google Ads**

* Practical knowledge of **Helium10 and/or JungleScout**

* Experience marketing and selling to **US consumers**

* Strong analytical skills using Excel / Google Sheets

* Clear understanding of **unit economics and contribution margins**

### Preferred Qualifications

* Experience scaling Amazon FBA brands

* Experience driving external paid traffic to Amazon

* Familiarity with Shopify or WooCommerce

* Experience with email/SMS tools (Klaviyo or similar)

* Experience in consumer goods, private label, or import-based businesses

### Performance Expectations

* ACOS and TACOS maintained within product margins

* Stable ROAS aligned to growth targets

* Clean weekly reporting with actionable insights

### Compensation

₹60,000 – ₹1,20,000 per month

Performance-based bonuses available.
