We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our digital presence across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in full-cycle SEO, paid advertising, and organic growth strategies, along with the ability to plan, execute, and analyze integrated digital campaigns. This role requires strategic thinking, creativity, analytical skills, and effective team leadership.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan and manage full-cycle SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on-page optimization, off-page strategies, technical SEO, and performance audits.
- Analyze market trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to inform campaign direction and optimization.
Content & Channel Management
- Oversee content strategy and execution across digital channels, including websites, social media platforms, and paid media.
- Ensure content is optimized for platform-specific audiences and marketing objectives.
- Coordinate multimedia content production and scheduling using tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprinklr, Asana, and Later.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives.
Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROI, conversions, and overall performance.
- Monitor budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to maximize results.
Organic Growth & Engagement
- Implement strategies to increase organic traffic, reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Manage online engagement by monitoring comments, messages, and brand mentions.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and content creators.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on SEO, paid media, and digital campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Test, evaluate, and adopt new digital tools, platforms, and techniques to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Lead, mentor, and support junior digital marketing team members.
- Collaborate closely with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and resource allocation.
- Communicate campaign performance, insights, and strategy updates to internal stakeholders and clients when required.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong full-cycle SEO expertise (on-page, off-page, technical SEO, audits, and keyword strategy).
- Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across major platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to drive organic growth and performance improvements.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and content strategy skills.
- Proficiency with analytics, reporting, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Leadership experience managing or mentoring team members.
