Digital Marketing Manager

In 2008, it launched Occasion stores, followed by the creation of the SuperStep store concept in 2012. Strengthening its online presence in 2020 through a multi-channel strategy, Eren Retail redefined retailing as an experiential journey with House of SuperStep.

Expanding its portfolio with brands such as Intersport, SuperKids, Fashfed, United4 and HeartBeat, Eren Retail continues to operate with an experience–focused strategy. Today, the company has a presence in 25 countries, employs over 8,000 people and manages nearly 650 stores along with 17 digital channels worldwide.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to contribute to the growth of our premium lifestyle brand.

Job Description

• Lead end-to-end Digital & Performance Marketing strategy across SEM, SEO, Analytics and all paid media channels,
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables and timelines; create clear and actionable work plans,
• Ensure ROI targets are met; track channel performance and optimize continuously,
• Manage agency and internal team output, ensuring high quality and alignment with brand standards,
• Monitor digital marketing budgets and report variances regularly,
• Plan and execute digital marketing and promotional calendars with relevant stakeholders,
• Maximize sales and profitability of digital channels by leveraging customer insights, product performance and internal capabilities while protecting the brand experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is a plus,
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Digital Marketing or E-commerce,
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics / GA4, Adjust, Google Ads, Meta Ads, remarketing and on-site optimization tools,
• Proficiency in Google Looker Studio, GTM and Enhanced E-commerce tracking,
• Experience with CMS platforms, SEO and ASO.
