Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with TMG's business objectives and enhance market presence.

Lead the planning and execution of holistic marketing strategies, encompassing online, offline, and on-ground activations.

Manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure campaigns deliver measurable ROI and meet financial goals.

Oversee creative direction and media planning, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Collaborate with sales, PR, design, and digital teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing initiatives.

Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights to provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

Maintain and grow strong relationships with agencies, media partners, and external vendors to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and inform strategy.

Manage multiple holding accounts, ensuring effective reporting and accountability for all marketing activities.
Requirements:

7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on real estate marketing.

Demonstrated experience in online/offline marketing and executing 360° marketing campaigns.

Strong understanding of media planning, branding, and campaign management.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; a degree in Mass Communication is a strong plus.

Relevant marketing diplomas or certifications are advantageous.

Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
