Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, etc.
- Oversee SEO & SEM activities to improve organic traffic and search rankings
- Plan and execute social media marketing, content calendars, and engagement strategies
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools
- Optimize conversion rates and improve ROI through A/B testing and data analysis
- Manage email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and marketing automation tools
- Coordinate with designers, content writers, and external agencies
- Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to management
- Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends and platform updates
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media ads, content marketing
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics tools
- Understanding of CRM tools and lead management systems
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
