We are rapidly growing and are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Manager to grow with us. Bloom Health Centers provides comprehensive behavioral health services delivered by a group of competent, independent practitioners. We diagnose and treat children, adolescents, adults, and the geriatric population, with services including psychiatry, therapy, TMS, Spravato, and psychological testing.

About the Role
We are expanding and are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join our growth team.
This role is responsible for owning and optimizing Bloom’s digital marketing strategy in close partnership with the Senior Vice President of Growth. The Digital Marketing Manager will manage our external digital marketing agency, guide paid advertising strategy within healthcare compliance standards, and ensure our SEO, content, and digital presence support and amplify our community engagement and referral strategy.
Job Responsibilities
· Partner with the SVP of Growth to develop and execute a digital marketing strategy aligned with community engagement and referral growth
· Manage the relationship with Bloom’s digital marketing agency
· Oversee paid advertising strategy across digital platforms
· Own SEO strategy and optimization
· Collaborate on website updates and digital creative assets
· Align digital efforts with community engagement teams
· Measure and report digital referral results in partnership with the SVP of Growth, ensuring digital performance is evaluated alongside community outreach and referral activity.
Competencies
· Strong understanding of healthcare digital marketing
· SEO-certified with hands-on experience executing and measuring organic search strategy in a healthcare or regulated environment
· Strong written and verbal communication
· Analytical and detail-oriented
· Proficient in Microsoft products with expertise in Excel
· Collaborative and organized
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
· 4+ years digital marketing experience
· Experience managing digital marketing agencies
