Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Manager to plan, implement, and manage our digital marketing strategies across all online channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving traffic, generating leads, and improving conversion rates through effective digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end digital marketing strategies
• Plan and execute campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Manage SEO, SEM, display advertising, and remarketing campaigns
• Oversee social media strategy, content planning, and performance tracking
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and ad dashboards
• Optimize website content and landing pages for conversion and lead generation
• Manage email marketing campaigns and CRM integrations
• Monitor marketing budgets and ensure ROI-driven spending
• Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams for aligned execution
• Track competitors and industry trends to improve strategy
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media platforms
• Proficiency in SEO, keyword research, and content optimization
• Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, Meta, HubSpot, etc.) preferred

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing
