About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with at least 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SMM, performance marketing, and content creation, and will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing campaigns to drive brand growth and measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to achieve performance goals.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and website rankings.
• Manage Social Media Marketing (SMM) campaigns across multiple platforms to drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to maximize ROI.
• Manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and conversions.
• Create compelling digital content (blogs, social media posts, ad copies, creatives, etc.) aligned with brand objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with design, sales, and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
• Proven expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management.
• Strong knowledge of SEO strategies, tools, and analytics platforms.
• Experience in social media marketing and community engagement.
• Excellent understanding of performance marketing, lead generation, and conversion tracking.
• Strong content creation skills (copywriting, basic design knowledge a plus).
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
