Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate should be confident handling diverse marketing projects, managing campaigns independently, and delivering performance-driven results.

This is an in-house position based in Bahria Town, Lahore.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple accounts
• Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others as required
• Plan and maintain structured content calendars
• Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, and similar platforms)
• Generate leads and improve online visibility through digital channels
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize using analytics and performance data
• Support SEO initiatives and website content optimization
• Build and manage marketing funnels and campaign strategies
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across projects

Content & Video Support

• Assist in creation of promotional and marketing content
• Edit or coordinate basic video content when required
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop campaign concepts and messaging
• Translate services and ideas into clear marketing communication

(Video editing supports marketing activities and is not the primary responsibility.)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
• Strong understanding of social media marketing and paid advertising
• Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and analytics tracking
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in agency or multi-client environments
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools
• Basic video editing knowledge
• Experience using AI tools for marketing workflows

Tools Experience

• Google Analytics
• Meta Ads Manager
• Google Ads
• Canva, Adobe tools, or similar design platforms
• Social media scheduling tools
