What You Will Do:

Own performance:
Lead digital marketing results across residential projects.

Plan budgets:
Manage digital media budgets, forecasts, and performance targets.

Run campaigns:
Launch and optimize lead generation and brand awareness campaigns.

Coordinate agencies:
Work closely with media, creative, and analytics partners.

Ensure tracking:
Maintain accurate tracking, reporting, and CRM integration.
-
Support launches:
Drive digital activity for project launches and inventory releases.
-
Improve results:
Continuously test, optimize, and scale high-performing campaigns.
Who We Are Looking For:
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can own strategy and performance while working closely with sales teams and external partners.

Experience:
5+ years in digital or performance marketing roles.

Platform expertise:
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools.

Industry background:
Real estate or luxury/lifestyle marketing experience preferred.

Funnel knowledge:
Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion funnels.

Agency management:
Proven experience managing agencies and media budgets.
-
Analytical skills:
Confident using data and reporting to drive decisions.

Communication:
Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
