Role Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to take full ownership of KMUI's digital ecosystem. This is a leadership role you will not only define strategy but also recruit, build, and manage your own creative team including content creators, graphic designers, video editors, and a cameraman.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own the complete digital marketing strategy across all platforms
  • Manage and grow presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok
  • Oversee and manage the CEO's personal brand — YouTube channel, LinkedIn, and public speaking presence
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid social media campaigns via Meta Ads Manager
  • Lead media planning, campaign structuring, and performance marketing initiatives
  • Define KPIs, track analytics, and present weekly/monthly performance reports to leadership
  • Build, manage, and mentor an in-house creative team
  • Oversee content calendars, production timelines, and publishing schedules
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
  • Stay ahead of platform trends and algorithm changes
    Support and execute digital marketing for new business ventures and projects as KMUI continues to expand across sectors.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4–5 years of experience in digital marketing with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong command of Meta Business Suite & Meta Ads Manager — hands-on campaign experience
  • Proven experience in team management.
  • Solid understanding of YouTube channel growth and video marketing strategy
  • Experience handling executive or CEO personal branding is a strong plus
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable with data, reporting, and performance tracking
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
