What You’ll Actually Be Doing
- Managing social media accounts without making every post sound like it was written by a corporate robot
- Building, monitoring, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
- Creating content calendars that people actually follow
- Writing captions, ad copy, and campaigns that stop the scroll
- Helping integrate AI tools into workflows, content creation, research, automation, and strategy
- Jumping between clients, industries, and projects without short-circuiting
- Reviewing analytics and turning numbers into actual decisions
- Assisting with brand strategy, campaigns, launches, and creative ideas
- Keeping projects organized while chaos politely knocks at the door
- Staying current on trends before they become cringe
You’ll Probably Crush Here If You…
- Can multitask without forgetting what year it is
- Understand social media beyond “make it go viral”
- Know your way around Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics, and targeting
- Can use AI as a weapon, not a crutch
- Have both creative instincts and attention to detail
- Know how to communicate with clients like a professional adult
- Can take feedback without having a full emotional collapse
- Thrive in fast-paced environments where every day looks different
- Understand branding, storytelling, and human psychology
- Can pivot quickly and still deliver quality work
