Alif Media is seeking a highly experienced, hands-on, and business-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to independently manage and execute core digital marketing and agency operations across multiple services and client industries.
This role requires complete understanding of digital marketing agency workflows, operations, execution processes, client coordination, strategy, and business growth.
The ideal candidate must be comfortable handling both strategic and execution-level responsibilities across social media marketing, reels/content creation, paid advertising, branding, graphic design, video production, SEO, website management, e-commerce, lead generation, performance marketing, content marketing, influencer campaigns, CRM/funnel management, Google Business Profile management, client servicing, and overall agency operations.
The candidate should also be business-oriented and growth-focused, with a strong understanding of how digital marketing contributes to lead generation, business development, brand growth, and revenue generation for both Alif Media and its client companies.
We are looking for someone proactive, adaptable, execution-focused, and capable of taking ownership of projects end-to-end while ensuring smooth operations, strong client servicing, quality execution, and business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & Campaign Management
- Manage and execute:
- Social Media Marketing
- Reels & Short-Form Content Strategy
- Paid Advertising Campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Content Planning & Marketing
- SEO & Performance Marketing
- Google Business Profile Management
- Branding & Creative Coordination
- Graphic Design & Video Production Coordination
- Website & E-commerce Coordination
- Lead Generation & Sales Funnel Campaigns
- Influencer & Digital Campaign Coordination
- CRM & Marketing Workflow Coordination
- Analytics, Reporting & Campaign Optimization
- Assist in campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting
- Review creative work for quality, alignment, and performance
Agency Operations & Client Management
- Oversee day-to-day agency workflow and operations
- Manage client communication, updates, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate with designers, developers, marketers, videographers, and vendors
- Ensure smooth project execution and quality control
- Understand client businesses, goals, and marketing requirements
- Support presentations, strategy discussions, and client servicing
- Maintain operational discipline and timely delivery across projects
Business Growth & Strategic Support
- Identify opportunities for business growth and lead generation
- Support management in agency operations, planning, and workflow improvement
- Contribute to business development and revenue-focused marketing strategies
- Step in wherever required to ensure smooth business operations
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing or agency operations
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Media, Business, Communications, IT, or related field (preferred)
