Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role

At Digilatics, we don’t just run campaigns, we build growth engines. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Project Manager who can lead marketing projects from strategy to execution, ensuring every campaign, deliverable, and initiative is completed on time, on scope, and at the highest quality standards.

This role is for someone who thrives on ownership, organization, accountability, and delivering results in a fast-paced agency environment.

Non-Negotiable

We’re serious about this; no compromises:

  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing Project Management
  • At least 2+ years of US market experience is non-negotiable.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, campaigns, and agency workflows
  • Proven experience managing multiple marketing projects simultaneously
  • Hands-on experience with ClickUp, Asana, Jira, Monday, or similar project management platforms
  • Ability to create realistic timelines and ensure teams consistently meet deadlines
  • Strong campaign management and project execution experience
  • Comfortable coordinating cross-functional teams, including SEO, Paid Media, Content, Design, and Web
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to make day-to-day decisions independently

This role is responsible for:

  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
  • Maintaining high-quality standards across all deliverables
  • Identifying risks and bottlenecks before they impact delivery
  • Driving accountability across internal teams
  • Ensuring marketing initiatives remain aligned with client and business goals

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage digital marketing projects from planning through execution and delivery
  • Coordinate with SEO, Paid Media, Social Media, Content, Design, Web, and Automation teams
  • Translate client objectives into clear project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are consistently achieved
  • Conduct project status meetings and maintain visibility across stakeholders
  • Identify risks, remove blockers, and keep projects moving forward
  • Ensure campaign execution meets quality and performance expectations
  • Manage project documentation, trackers, reports, and workflows
  • Maintain alignment between clients, internal teams, and leadership
  • Drive accountability and ownership across all project stakeholders

Agile / Sprint-Based Execution

  • Plan and manage sprint-based marketing projects
  • Lead sprint planning and task prioritization sessions
  • Conduct regular standups, check-ins, and progress reviews
  • Monitor workload distribution and delivery timelines
  • Facilitate retrospectives to improve processes and execution quality

Decision Authority

  • Makes day-to-day project and delivery decisions
  • Prioritizes tasks and manages resources within approved scope
  • Escalates only when strategic, budget, or scope-related decisions are required

Required Expertise & Skills

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and agency workflows
  • Proven experience in campaign management and project execution
  • Excellent planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with ClickUp, Asana, Jira, Monday, or similar tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • International client experience is a plus
