We are looking for a high-energy, tech-savvy Marketing Manager to drive our digital footprint, manage our community channels, and build high-converting marketing funnels.

Role Overview

As our Marketing Manager, you will wear multiple hats—acting as a strategist, a funnel builder, and a community manager. You will be responsible for scaling our presence across modern platforms (like TikTok and Reddit), nurturing leads through CRM systems, and keeping our internal team aligned using agile project management tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Funnel Creation & Optimization: Design, build, and manage end-to-end marketing funnels to capture, nurture, and convert leads.
• Social Media & Community Management: Own, grow, and engage our audience across platforms, with a specific focus on TikTok (content trend-jacking) and Reddit (community building and organic growth).
• CRM Management: Maintain and optimize our CRM system to track lead journeys, automate email sequences, and analyze conversion data.
• Team & Workflow Coordination: Use Monday.com for campaign tracking and Slack for seamless, real-time internal communication.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze KPIs across all funnels and social channels, providing data-driven insights to scale what works.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 3–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing, funnel building, or social media management.
• Language Skills: Flawless, fluent English is non-negotiable. You must be able to write compelling copy and converse smoothly with international clients/teams.
• Platform Expertise:
• Social: Expert knowledge of Reddit culture and TikTok algorithms.
• Tools: Proficient in Monday.com (or similar project management tools) and Slack.
• Tech: Hands-on experience with popular CRM and funnel-building software (e.g., HubSpot, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
• Shift Flexibility: Must be fully comfortable working the Night Shift permanently.
• Location: Able to commute daily to our office in DHA Phase 4, Lahore.
