About the Role
We are looking for a creative and strategic
Digital Marketing Manager
to lead our brand presence across Pakistan’s digital landscape. If you have a strong track record in building brand affinity through organic content and community management, we want to hear from you.
We are
not looking for an SEO or ad performance specialist –
we are looking for a brand storyteller with expertise in content strategy and social media engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Brand & Content Strategy
– Develop and execute a localized digital marketing strategy focused on brand storytelling. Plan and produce engaging content (graphics, videos, case studies) for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

Social Media & Community
– Grow organic social following, drive engagement, and increase inquiries. Identify and collaborate with local KOLs/KOCs for authentic brand stories.

Campaign Integration
– Lead integrated marketing campaigns that blend online and offline efforts, ensuring consistent brand messaging.

Trend Monitoring
– Track local cultural trends and user conversations. Leverage insights to create timely content and manage brand reputation.

Team Leadership
– Lead a small digital team, assign tasks, and review performance metrics (engagement, reach, sentiment).
What We Are Looking For

Experience
: 3+ years in digital marketing with strong focus on
branding, content creation, and social media management
.

: Proven ability to grow organic social following; experience with local KOLs.
