 About the role
 
 
 
 
 
 We are looking for a motivated Business Development Officer to join our Pakistan team. This is an entry-level role designed for fresh graduates who want to build a solid foundation in solar business operations, channel management, and market intelligence. This role requires daily field work &ndash; you will spend most of your time visiting LONGi dealer stores, conducting on-site communication, collecting store data, and documenting market feedback. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams, gaining real-world experience in one of the world&rsquo;s fastest-growing renewable energy markets.
 
 
 
 
 
 What you will do
 
 
 
 
 
 Competitor insight &ndash; Track and analyze competitor activities: pricing, product types, channel policies, and promotion events.
 
 
 Channel management &ndash; Support flagship store operations: monitor PSI data, assist in training, and help implement sales SOPs. Conduct regular store visits, engage with dealer staff, and record store performance.
 
 
 Price management &ndash; Collect and report SO/ST price data to ensure market alignment.
 
 
 Promotion support &ndash; Assist in co-marketing activities and local events to strengthen LONGi&rsquo;s brand presence.
 
 
 Field presence &ndash; Be on the ground daily, building relationships with dealers and ensuring brand visibility at the store level.
 
 
 What we are looking for
 
 
 
 
 
 Fresh graduate &ndash; No major or school restrictions. We value learning attitude and ownership.
 
 
 Willing to work in the field (store visits, outdoor travel within assigned city).
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Important note about the employment
 
 
 
 
 
 This is a third-party outsourcing role. The monthly salary is not high, but it is competitive for an entry-level field position. After completing 1 year of good performance in this role, you will have the opportunity to be converted to a formal LONGi employee as a Sales Manager.
