BD Officer(Fresh Graduates Welcome)-Hyderabad

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Officer to join our Pakistan team. This is an entry-level position designed for fresh graduates who want to build a strong foundation in solar business operations, channel management, and market intelligence. The role involves daily fieldwork — you will spend most of your time visiting LONGi dealer stores, communicating on-site, collecting store data, and recording market feedback. Working closely with our Sales and Marketing teams, you will gain real-world experience in one of the fastest-growing renewable energy markets globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Competitor insight – Track and analyze competitor activities: pricing, product types, channel policies, and promotion events.
  • Channel management – Support flagship store operations: monitor PSI data, assist in training, and help implement sales SOPs. Conduct regular store visits , engage with dealer staff, and record store performance.
  • Price management – Collect and report SO/ST price data to ensure market alignment.
  • Promotion support – Assist in co-marketing activities and local events to strengthen LONGi’s brand presence.
  • Field presence – Be on the ground daily, building relationships with dealers and ensuring brand visibility at the store level.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate – No major or school restrictions. We value learning attitude and ownership.
  • Willing to work in the field (store visits, outdoor travel within assigned city).

Important Employment Note

This is a third-party outsourced position . The monthly salary is modest but competitive for an entry-level field role. After one year of strong performance , you will have the opportunity to transition into a permanent Sales Manager role at LONGi.
