Business Development Officers ( Salary+Commision)

Job Summary :

The Canadian Immigration Council (CIC) is seeking motivated and results-driven Business Development Officers to join our growing team in Lahore. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills who enjoy interacting with clients and working in a performance-driven environment.

The successful candidate will manage a high volume of qualified leads, conduct client consultations, promote Canadian immigration services, and convert inquiries into successful cases. This position offers exceptional earning potential through an attractive commission structure.

The Canadian Immigration Council (CIC) is a professional immigration consultancy firm with offices in Pakistan and Canada. Our team consists of Authorized Representatives, officially recognized by the Government of Canada to provide legal immigration advice and representation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage a minimum of 50–70 qualified leads per day received through the company's official phone number, WhatsApp Business, website, and social media platforms.
• Contact prospective clients and conduct professional consultations.
• Understand clients' immigration objectives and recommend suitable immigration pathways.
• Promote CIC's immigration and study abroad services.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maximize lead conversion.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Generate additional business through networking and personal referrals.
• Coordinate with the documentation team throughout the application process.
• Maintain accurate CRM and client records.
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
• Represent CIC professionally during meetings, seminars, and promotional events.

Qualifications Required

• Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in Business Development, Sales, Customer Service, Banking, Call Center, Education Consultancy, or Immigration Consultancy.
• Knowledge of visa documentation, immigration application preparation, and case filing procedures will be considered a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
