About the Role

Royal Solar is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Officer – Solar Products to join our sales team in Gujranwala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, promoting solar energy solutions, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and develop new business opportunities for solar products and solutions.
• Visit residential, commercial, and industrial customers to promote solar systems.
• Promote and sell solar inverters, batteries, solar panels, and complete solar solutions.
• Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales inquiries and proposals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, contractors, and business partners.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth project execution.
• Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily/weekly activity reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of field sales experience, preferably in the solar, electrical, energy, or related industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Basic understanding of solar energy products and solutions.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Gujranwala and surrounding areas.
• Own motorcycle and valid driving license preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in solar product sales.
• Knowledge of solar systems, net metering, inverters, batteries, and related equipment.
• Existing network of dealers, contractors, or commercial clients.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
