Digital Marketing Manager (Arabic Speaker Required)

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives in Qatar and the GCC. This role combines market-focused campaign management with performance-based targets. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English (Arabic preferred) and capable of driving brand visibility, lead generation, and sales conversions while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for Qatar and GCC markets
  • Plan and manage monthly and quarterly campaign calendars
  • Identify new digital growth opportunities and market trends

Campaign Management

  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
  • Oversee social media marketing across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Ensure content aligns with cultural norms and local regulations
  • Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, lead quality, and conversion rates

Lead Generation & Sales Support

  • Develop and execute strategies for lead generation and sales conversions
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure high-quality leads and follow-ups
  • Track leads, conversions, and customer acquisition performance

Content & Branding

  • Oversee content creation including social media posts, blogs, email campaigns, and website updates
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels
  • Coordinate with creative teams for marketing materials

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor website and campaign performance using analytics tools
  • Prepare reports with actionable insights and recommendations
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and achieve targets

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing in Qatar/GCC or similar markets
  • Proven experience in paid ads management, SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing
  • Knowledge of local advertising regulations and cultural requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is preferred
  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment

Compensation & Performance Structure:

  • Fixed base salary
  • Incentive based on monthly/quarterly lead generation and sales conversion targets
  • Performance bonuses for exceeding targets
  • Other benefits as per company policy

KPIs (Performance Indicators):

  • Monthly lead generation and conversion targets
  • Campaign ROI and cost per lead (CPL)
  • Social media engagement and growth
  • Website traffic and performance metrics
  • Achievement of sales and marketing targets

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Qatar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Digital Marketing: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • Arabic (Required)
