Digital Marketing Manager (Arabic Speaking)

What You Will Do

  • Develop campaigns: Lead digital marketing strategies across Google Ads, SEO, social media, and direct marketing.
  • Optimise ads: Manage large Google Ads budgets, ensuring maximum ROI across Arabic and English campaigns.
  • Conduct research: Perform keyword and competitor analysis to enhance performance in Arabic-speaking markets.
  • Report performance: Track and present KPIs, ROI, and campaign insights to stakeholders regularly.
  • Manage budgets: Oversee substantial campaign budgets, with a focus on high-value markets like Abu Dhabi.
  • Collaborate: Align marketing and sales efforts to ensure consistent messaging and high-quality lead generation.
  • Enhance visibility: Recommend SEO and content strategies to strengthen brand presence in search engines.
  • Support sales: Create compelling CTAs and messaging to boost conversion rates.
  • Strategise leads: Design lead-generation plans per developer, project, and campaign to match sales targets.


Who We Are Looking For


We’re looking for a skilled and multilingual marketing professional, experienced in driving performance for luxury sectors.


  • Languages: Native Arabic & Russian speaker, fluent in English.
  • Experience: 3+ years in digital marketing within UAE or GCC markets.
  • Expertise: Proven success managing Google Ads and performance marketing with large budgets.
  • Industry focus: Background in luxury, automotive, or real estate sectors is highly preferred.
  • ROI focus: Strong track record in delivering measurable returns on marketing spend.
  • Audience insight: Deep understanding of Arabic-speaking customer behaviour.
  • Education: European education in marketing or related field required.
  • Creativity: Skilled in developing engaging messaging and persuasive CTAs.
  • Real estate: Previous property marketing experience is an advantage.
