Key Responsibilities :
Strategy Development
  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, email, social
media, display).
  • Drive brand visibility and qualified lead generation to support business growth.
Campaign Management
  • Measure and report performance of all digital campaigns against KPIs and ROI.
  • Optimize campaigns using insights from analytics and conversion data.
Content Management
  • Coordinate with teams to create high-converting landing pages and digital content.
  • Oversee content distribution to align with lead generation goals.
Data & Revenue Analysis
  • Analyze user journeys across touchpoints to improve conversion funnels.
  • Track marketing-attributed revenue and optimize lead acquisition costs.
SEO and SEM
  • Develop SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search rankings.
  • Manage paid campaigns on Google and Bing for high-quality lead generation.
Social Media Management
  • Grow brand presence and engagement across social platforms.
  • Oversee day-to-day content and performance of social channels.
Email Marketing
  • Plan and execute lead-nurturing email campaigns to boost engagement.
  • Monitor open, click-through, and conversion rates to improve performance.
Lead Generation & Revenue Growth
  • Design and run demand generation campaigns targeting qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with sales to align marketing with pipeline and revenue goals.
Budget Management
  • Allocate and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective campaign performance.
  • Track and report spending, ROI, and overall budget efficiency.

Key Requirements :
Experience: 8-12 years with at least 8 years in a IT industry and managing a team of at
least 10 people
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate across
departments.
Hands-on experience in performance marketing, lead generation, and analytics.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
Hands-on experience with SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and marketing software
(e.g.,HubSpot, Marketo).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and tools in digital marketing.
