Digital marketing manager ( Female )

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, display, and paid campaigns).

Plan and oversee the company’s digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.

Manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, optimizing for ROI and KPIs.

Lead website optimization efforts, including SEO strategy, user experience improvements, and conversion rate optimization.

Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns.

Drive growth in social media engagement and followers across all relevant channels.

Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all digital platforms.

Stay current with digital marketing trends, new tools, and industry best practices.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

2 plus years of experience in digital marketing,

Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising.

Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns that drive measurable results.

Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp) and CRM platforms.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy.

Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
