In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and continuously improving digital marketing activities across digital platforms. You will own the end-to-end execution of digital initiatives, from campaign planning to performance tracking and optimization, ensuring that digital efforts support brand and business objectives.
- Plan, manage, and execute the overall direction of global digital touchpoints, including social media activities across multiple markets.

Lead and deliver special digital platform projects globally across the full portfolio.

Analyze own and competitor digital activities across relevant touchpoints to enable fast learning, knowledge sharing, and efficient roll-outs.

Collect and analyze data from multiple departments and sources to track project KPIs, measure performance, and assess impact.

Test, implement, and scale new digital applications and functionalities.

Manage or support the execution of digital campaigns and contribute to digital strategy development across brand clusters.

Collaborate closely with global marketing teams and creative agencies to deliver upgraded digital campaigns for product launches and re-launches.

Translate communication strategies into a holistic, mobile-first digital and touchpoint approach.

Act as a key digital point of contact for TR market, driving best-in-class digital execution and regional level cross-market knowledge sharing.

Lead digital media strategy, planning, and execution across paid channels in collaboration with media agencies.

Manage digital and media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation aligned with performance and business priorities.

Drive performance marketing initiatives with a strong focus on ROI, testing, and continuous optimization.

Manage digital customer and retail media budgets in close collaboration with sales and trade marketing teams.

Plan, execute, and optimize retail media activities across key e-commerce platforms and digital retailers.

Collaborate with sales, trade marketing, and e-commerce teams to align digital media investments with commercial priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

5 - 8 years of experience in managing digital marketing, digital platforms, and social media in local markets, working within global or multi-market environments, preferably with e-commerce exposure

Experience in digital campaign execution, performance tracking, and KPI-driven optimization.

Hands-on experience in agency management within complex, multi-agency ecosystems.

Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, attribution, and media effectiveness.

Experience managing digital and media budgets with a performance-driven mindset.
