Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager – Homecare (North America)

Job Overview:
As the Digital Marketing Manager for the US Homecare Marketing Team, you will lead and execute digital strategy for our Homecare business in North America. At F&P, our B2B business is focused on selling through DME partners/distributors and our growth depends on influencing customer referrals to increase demand and drive sales. You will be responsible for building and running digital programs that support this model—while also contributing to strategic decisions on where to invest for growth. The role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

This role will be based out of our North America Sales Office in Irvine, CA and will report to the Director of Homecare Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own Digital Strategy: Develop and manage digital plans that support growth across clinicians, patients, and channel partners
• Support Demand Creation: Engage referral physicians and clinicians to encourage prescribing and recommendation
• Build patient awareness and education to generate demand
• Support DME partners with programs that improve conversion
• Drive Measurable Outcomes: Define KPIs and track performance tied to demand generation and sales impact
• Manage Campaign Execution: Oversee digital channels including paid media, search, content, and CRM
• Stay Hands-On: Step in to support campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis when needed
• Use Data to Improve Performance: Analyze results and adjust programs to improve efficiency and outcomes
• Work Cross-Functionally: Partner with Sales, Product, E-commerce, and global teams

Education and Experience Requirements

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience
• Experience in medical device/Healthcare, consumer/device-focused companies, or digital marketing agencies
• Experience supporting both professional (HCP) and consumer audiences
• Ability to connect marketing activity to business outcomes
• Familiarity with channel or distributor-driven sales models is helpful
• Strong working knowledge of: Paid media and search, SEO and content strategy, CRM and lead management
• Analytics tools
• Comfortable balancing strategy and execution

Salary Range

The anticipated salary range for candidates working in Irvine, CA, is $110,000-$135,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type, and length of experience within the industry, education, etc. Fisher & Paykel Healthcare is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
